in order to maximize the benefits of a bodily detox, engage in the following easy-to-follow at-home spa rituals:

furthermore, it is important to exercise every single day during the cleanse—a minimum of 20 minutes daily. remember, movement heals!
since you are fasting, choose and exercise technique that is mostly lying down and low impact. make the exercise more purposeful than intense.

with a 2-min breathing technique. you will receive
a video demonstration by dr. andrew weil.
incorporating this simple, easy-to-follow routine that
virtually requires no time commitment has proven to
effectively reduce cortisol levels. and without
restoring our parasympathetic nervous system, it might
be hard to shed the stubborn pounds, especially the fat
deposits around the midline.
you are also encouraged to set an intention
every day. an intention could be as simple
as "stay focused," "get through the day without a
coffee," or "be empathetic to my spouse."

every day. try the guided meditation recordings on the
