on the morning of your first cleanse, you will receive the following:

  • 5 pre-cooked lunches (you can pick which one to eat each day)

  • 3 soups (dinner for days 1, 3, and 5)

  • 1 large bone broth - double portion (dinner for days 2 and 4)

  • 1 potassium broth (to be enjoyed daily in between meals)

  • 14 bags of healing teas (brew yourself a warm beverage in between meals. note that matcha, green tea, and yerba mate all have caffeine - enjoy those in the morning!

  • 3 supplements in liquid or powder form (easier to break down and better for absorption)

  • buckwheat crackers (for breakfast)

  • a recommended daily schedule

all ingredients are locally sourced, seasonal, and organic. all meals are prepared in the bySILKE kitchen by a chef who specializes in healing foods, aka food as medicine. nothing is processed, refined, or artificial. all food is packaged in glass containers.

prior to your delivery, you will receive a shopping list; you are responsible for making your own breakfast and juices.

breakfast options include:
(1) steel-cut oatmeal, plain or dressed with local honey, self-made almond milk, berries and/or walnuts; (2) goat yogurt with buckwheat crackers.

the bySILKE program emphasizes the importance of eliminating all chemicals we surround ourselves with on a daily basis. for the duration of the cleanse, try to eliminate:

  • perfumes

  • scented body creams and lotions

  • home fragrances (other than pure essential oils)

  • makeup

  • deodorant

  • nail polish

  • shampoo and conditioner

  • hair dyes

  • cleaning products

  • scented laundry detergent

  • scented dryer sheets

  • disinfectant wipes

in order to maximize the benefits of a bodily detox, engage in the following easy-to-follow at-home spa rituals:

  • dry skin brushing

  • self-oil massage with herbal oils (an ayurvedic healing method)

  • tongue scraping

  • hot and cold showers

  • epsom salt baths

  • infared sauna blanket

furthermore, it is important to exercise every single day during the cleanse—a minimum of 20 minutes daily. remember, movement heals!

since you are fasting, choose and exercise technique that is mostly lying down and low impact. make the exercise more purposeful than intense.

yoga and pilates are the best choices. they are also the perfect combination of strength, stretch, stamina, and stability training.

the bySILKE wellness program urges you to start and end your day with a 2-min breathing technique. you will receive a video demonstration by dr. andrew weil.

incorporating this simple, easy-to-follow routine that virtually requires no time commitment has proven to effectively reduce cortisol levels. and without restoring our parasympathetic nervous system, it might be hard to shed the stubborn pounds, especially the fat deposits around the midline.

you are also encouraged to set an intention every day. an intention could be as simple as "stay focused," "get through the day without a coffee," or "be empathetic to my spouse."

the bySILKE program invites you to meditate for at least 5 minutes every day. try the guided meditation recordings on the member pages of the bySILKE website. keep in mind that it can take years to find the patience, the benefit, or the 'right' way for YOU to meditate. the science and the benefits of meditation are widely known and undisputed.
